Please read carefully the following terms and conditions before
using 6DEF.COM Video Driver. The installation and continued use of 6DEF.COM Video Driver
indicates your acceptance of this license agreement and warranty.

LICENSE AGREEMENT

   6DEF.COM Video Driver is shareware - this is not free software!  You are hereby
   licensed to use 6DEF.COM Video Driver for evaluation purposes only, without
   charge, for a period of 30 days.  If you continue to use 6DEF.COM Video Driver
   beyond the 30 day evaluation period you are required by law to pay
   the required registration fee. 

   Unregistered use of 6DEF.COM Video Driver after the 30-day evaluation period is
   a violation of U.S. and international copyright laws!

   You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, sell, rent, or
   lease 6DEF.COM Video Driver.

   6DEF.COM Video Driver (software and documentation) is owned by the author,
   Alex K., 6DEF.COM, and is protected by United States copyright
   laws and international treaty provisions. Therefore, you must treat
   6DEF.COM Video Driver like any other copyrighted material, e.g., a book or
   music CD.

   1. Registered Version

      You may make copies of registered 6DEF.COM Video Driver for backup purposes
      only. You may not distribute the registered version of 6DEF.COM Video Driver.
   
      One registered copy of 6DEF.COM Video Driver may either be used by a single
      person who uses the software personally on one or more computers,
      or installed on a single workstation used non-simultaneously by
      multiple people, but not both.

      You may access the registered version of 6DEF.COM Video Driver through a
      network, provided that you have obtained individual licenses for the
      software covering all workstations that will access the software
      through the network. For instance, if five different workstations
      will access 6DEF.COM Video Driver on the network, you must obtain licenses for
      all five workstations individually, regardless of whether 6DEF.COM Video Driver
      is accessed at different times or concurrently.

      You may not use your registration code to access unregistered copies
      of 6DEF.COM Video Driver nor are you allowed to give your registration code to
      others.

   2. Unregistered (Evaluation) Version
      
      You may copy and/or distribute the unregistered version of 6DEF.COM Video Driver
      freely, without warranty. You may make unregistered 6DEF.COM Video Driver
      available through electronic means (e.g., a BBS or web site) so long
      as it is provided in its original form: contains all original program
      and documentation files.

      You may install and evaluate 6DEF.COM Video Driver as described above.

   WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, CONSEQUENTIAL
